Shipping Policy

1. We ship all parcels within 2 working days after receiving an order. 

2. In case of cancellation before parcel dispatched, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

3. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we       process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

4. Shavingkit.in  offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 6 days of its delivery. 

5. Which are the products that cannot be returned/exchanged at shavingkit.in

6.            Our logistic partner is Delhivery.com. They deliver any domesting parcel within 12 working days from dispacth.         

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

A) Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

B) Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, 

freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

Serial Number is tampered with.

C) Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.

D) Product is used or altered.

E) If request is initiated after 6 business days of order delivery.

5. Products that are sold as combos cannot be returned as individual items.

6. Gift boxes ar non returnable.

7.Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
